This hotel is located in a charming small village in Val di Fiemme. The service here is excellent, with room service, housekeeping, and a welcoming staff. They also have a variety of shops and commercial services available, as well as laundry facilities. The rooms are well-equipped, with amenities like ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also has a lovely terrace and patio area, perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The dining options are fantastic, with a restaurant serving delicious meals, and a bar/lounge area where you can relax and enjoy a drink. The breakfast here is also top-notch.
I highly recommend this hotel. It offers a great location in a small village in Cavalese, with excellent service and amenities.

I really like that they arranged guided hiking trips to the nearby mountains.
If you don't take advantage of the hotel restaurant, there not much choice in walking distance from the hotel.

We spent our New Year's Eve at this hotel and enjoyed the beautiful location in the mountains. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. We especially liked the fact that they offered a New Year's Eve dinner with traditional local dishes and live music. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a nice view of the surrounding mountains and a warm fireplace.
There were a few things about our stay that we didn't like. the hotel was quite small, which made it very crowded during meal times and in the common areas.

Gorgeous view from the room and cozy atmosphere. the breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options to satisfy your stomach. Great location near to outdoor activities with plenty of choices available during the day.
The staff took too long to answer the phone calls, and the front desk was often unoccupied, which was inconvenient when you needed assistance. the room was okay, but the bathroom had unpleasant odors that didn't go away even with cleaning.

The food was just excellent
There were some noises of airconditioners during the night and the bathroom extractor fan was very noisy. Also WIFI access from the room was not working.

The view from our room was lovely
Somewhat noisy at night. It would be a good idea in a half-empty hotel not to put people with small children directly above and beside couples or singles. The staff did not communicate what we needed to know. For example, we paid for half pension and could not find anyone to tell us about where and when the meals we were entitled to were served. We ended up eating out when we should have had to! This was not a language issue as we speak Italian, German, French, Norwegian, Spanish and English.
